Change Management Forum 2011
Change Management Forum 2011 was a great success. Around 80 participants came to listen to some of Sweden's most experienced speakers on change-related topics.
The first Swedish Change Management Forum, arranged by Implement
in Stockholm on February 11th, attracted approximately
80 participants. Most speakers were invited from outside the
company: Martin Johansson, CEO of SEB Baltic talked about his
difficult but successful work through the economic recession in the
Baltics. Kristian Åsberg, capacitiy manager of Tetra Pak, talked
about how Tetra Pak has developed a common approach and toolbox for
implementing change for the whole global organisation. Albert
A. Angehrn, professor from Insead in Paris, demonstrated his data
simulation tool used for training managers in the art of change
management. The opportunity to actually try this simulation tool
was one of the most appreciated items on the agenda. Stina
Bäckström and Louise von Matern, both consultants from Implement
Sweden, shared their experiences on how to arrange successful
dialogues with staff when going through change.
- We are very pleased with the outcome and with the
feedback we have received from the participants. This change
management forum will definitely become a yearly event, says Anders
Baude, CEO of Implement in Sweden.
