Implement Change Partners is formed
The international network Implement Change Partners has had its first international conference in Sigtuna, Sweden.
Implement Change Partners is a newly formed international
network of management consulting companies, formed to support
organizations that are facing or in the midst of major change.
Initiator of the network is the Swedish company Implement MP AB.
Common to all companies in the network is that they are working on
change management from a holistic perspective, with an in-depth
expertise in the human aspect of change. Implement Change Partners
would thus fill a common gap in the management consulting industry,
by not only offering advice and assistance on strategic and
structural issues associated with change, but also in the issues of
leadership and employees.
- Major change requires a concentration of skills, and often under
great time pressure. It is therefore an interesting and lucrative
market for consulting services. What most consulting companies do
not succeed with, is to hold together the whole. We are the
alternative to working with 3-4 different consultancy firms to
satisfy that need, and now also as a partner to international
companies. We have reasons to believe that we are unique in terms
of our ability to get people to endorse and support a change they
themselves have selected and even change the ingrained behaviors"
